NEVADA DIVISION OF STATE LANDS PERMITS

The State of Nevada, Division of State Lands is still accepting and processing applications for all structures lakeward of the high water mark and extending onto sovereign lands of the state (such as piers and buoys.)  These applications will be evaluated pursuant to State of Nevada statute for structures.  (click here for NDSL Navigable Water application and permit information)
