CALIFORNIA STATE LANDS LEASES

The State of California, State Lands Commission is still accepting and processing applications for all structures lakeward of the low water mark (piers and buoys,) however, the State may revert to inserting TRPA approval language in their leases.  (click here for CSLC Surface Leasing application information)
