Our Members:

Our greatest strength is our membership. In order to effectively deal with the day-to-day and specific issues that challenge our lakefront rights, we must remain united in our efforts to succeed. Together, we can make a difference.

The Tahoe Lakefront Owners' Association is a not-for-profit corporation and completely funded by membership fees. We accept no advertising or special interest funding. Membership is open to all lakefront owners. Our member information is private and confidential.

Benefits:

• Exclusive events for our members.
• Regular updates via email and the SOS MONITOR newsletter.  Please visit our newsletter page for more information on the newsletters available for our members.
  
• Participation in Environmental Improvement Programs and Stewardship Plans in Nevada and California

About your membership fees: While TLOA is a not-for-profit corporation, we represent a special interest and finite group.  As such, we do not enjoy tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3) at this time.  Fortunately, your fees can be added to the cost-basis for your property. Each year, we ask lakefront owners to renew at one of the following membership levels:

Benefactor:
Benefactors receive special promotions and materials provided by the Association, a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter, voting member status, and 2 gratis passes to all TLOA meetings and events throughout the year.
Membership fee : $2,500 and above
   
Sustaining:
Sustaining members receive a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter, voting member status, and 2 gratis passes to our annual membership meetings, and invitations to special events throughout the year.
Membership fee : $1,000 - $2,499
   
Supporting:
Supporting members receive a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter, voting member status, and invitations to special events throughout the year.
Membership fee : $500 - $999
   
Single Family:
Single Family Members receive a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter and voting member status.
Membership fee : $350 - $499
   
Homeowner Association:
Homeowner Association members receive a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter, voting member status, and invitations to special events throughout the year.
Membership fee : $1000
   
Commercial:
Commercial members receive a complimentary subscription to the Save Our Shores Newsletter, voting member status, and invitations to special events throughout the year.
Membership fee : $500
       
The Save Our Shores Newsletter is provided annually to any Member with donations totaling $100 or more.
