California Legislation:  Assembly Bill 2664   VETOED!!!!

In an astounding victory for waterfront owners throughout the State of California, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed AB 2664 on Saturday, September 25, 2010.  The Governor's office was inundated with faxes, phone calls, and email from Tahoe lakefront owners opposing this legislation.  "Tahoe's shoreline property owners and property rights throughout California are protected from the State's overreaching authority as a result of the Governor's veto" said TLOA President Gary Sitzmann.
