Since our inception in 1974, the Tahoe Lakefront Owners' Association has been a dedicated watchdog  monitoring California, Nevada and Federal Legislation aimed at limiting the private property rights of Tahoe lakefront owners.  TLOA is actively safeguarding and defending lakefront property owners against unfair practices by governmental agencies to ensure the continued enjoyment of your private property.
